This project was the penultimate task for Entainment Software Development. The game has all the systems that you would expect from a space invaders game and has a good level of polish making the play feel responsive and tidy.
Areas which I would seek to improve would be that of the visual cues (e.g. ships exploding) and also having some ships take more than one hit to destroy. Backgrounds and sound effects as these will provide more feedback to the player. There is also the idea of adding astroids which could act as sheilds but also could destroy the player.
